Christina Navarro, Ed.D. is an educator and mom by adoption and birth. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Change, Masters in Training and Development, a Texas teaching certificate, and numerous leadership certifications. Dr. Navarro has trained thousands of professionals in both the private and public sectors across industries and around the world. She is the owner of Include Adoption which provides education about adoption to teachers, school directors, and administrators so that schools are inclusive to families formed by adoption. Additionally, Christina is the President of Families with Children from China – Houston Chapter. She is an active community volunteer and active board member for several non-profit boards. Dr. Navarro utilizes the principles of adult learning methodology to create a learning environment that is engaging and stimulating.
