JoAnn Ponder, Ph.D. is a psychologist in private practice in Austin, Texas. After earning a doctorate in educational psychology at UT-Austin, she completed postgraduate training in family and couples therapy, play and sandplay therapy, and child and adult psychoanalysis.
Within her current practice, she performs psychological evaluations and treats children, adults, families, and groups. She has spoken on topics such as infertility, adoption, and trauma at a variety of national conferences.
